韓国料理のレパートリー少しずつ増えてます。
スジェビ(日本のすいとんみたいな料理)を作りました。
生地からこねて、生地を冷蔵庫でねかせました。小麦粉は中力粉がいいそうです。
あとは簡単、出し汁にちぎって入れ煮るだけ。
牡蠣の白い出し汁で作りました。
盛り付けて、できあがり。
味はまあまあでしたが…2つ失敗しました。
大根がたくさんあって、消費したくて大根入れちゃったんですよ、入れない方がよかったです。まずくはないのですが少し違うなと感じました。
もう一つはスジェビをもう少し薄くすればよかったです。厚すぎました。
次は上手にできそうです^^
